Pour autant, les projets de tiers-lieux viennent bouleverser les cadres. Un dialogue doit s’opèrer entre les usages souhaités, pluriels et juxtaposés, les contraintes de l’édifice et le cadre réglementaire qui le régit.</p><p style="margin: 0;"> </p><p style="margin: 0;"><i><strong>Comment faire tiers-lieux face aux enjeux de préservation et conservation du patrimoine ? Comment penser la programmation pour répondre aux enjeux du territoire ? Comment innover dans le cadre réglementaire ? Quels équilibres économiques pour un modèle durable ?</strong></i></p><p style="margin: 0;"><br>Pour répondre à ces enjeux, <strong>France Tiers-Lieux et l’École de Chaillot – Cité de l’architecture et du patrimoine</strong> <strong>ont co-produit un guide</strong>, en réponse à la demande d’Atout France dans le cadre du programme «Réinventer le Patrimoine».
