En 2015, après 10 ans d’expansion, FLAP décide de se réinventer et de décliner l’identité du festival dans un lieu permanent situé sur la friche industrielle de la Macérienne. Lauréat « Manufacture de Proximité » en 2022 et « Deffinov » en 2023, le projet de tiers-lieu commence aujourd’hui à voir le jour avec notamment l’inauguration de La Halle, au cœur de la réhabilitation de l’ancienne usine, qui propose une offre de production et de formation autour du bois. L’un des éléments récurrents mis en exergue dans ces études sur les tiers-lieux est la grande disparité des modèles existants et la diversité des fonctions qu’ils assument, notamment suivant leur localisation et leur porteur.
